Delivery Policy
1. Delivery Locations
We currently deliver to addresses within Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Cambridgeshire. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
2. Delivery Options and Charges
We offer the following delivery options:

HBS Delivery (48 Hour) Weekdays during our normal working hours of 7.30am to 5.00pm Free on orders over £75. Orders below £75 will incur a £15 delivery charge.

Supplier DTS Delivery Various delivery charges & time scales dependant on delivery partner.

HBS Click & Collect (1 hour) During our normal working hours .No minimum order value
All delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods or due to external factors beyond our control (e.g. postal delays, weather disruptions).
3. Order Processing Times
Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 4pm will be processed the next working day.
4. Tracking
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with a 48 working hour delivery window.
5. Missed Deliveries
If we are unable to make the delivery safely due to obstructions. We will contact you notify you of the next steps.
Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return stock items for a refund (special order or bespoke items are considered on a case by case basis depending on the supplier terms). To be eligible, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging with all tags attached

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase
2. How to Return an Item
To return an item, please follow these steps:

Email our customer service team at sales@henlowbuildingsupplies.co.uk with your order number and reason for return.

We will provide you with a returns address and instructions.

Package the item securely and send it via a tracked postal service.
Please note: return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status. If approved, refunds for stocked products will be processed to your original payment method within 30 working days.
4. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will cover return shipping and offer a replacement or full refund.
