I can't find what I am looking for?
Our website is a good starting point, but we have access to a much larger range of products than what's listed online. Unlike big DIY chains, we can often source specialised items and arrange direct to site deliveries. What do you need? We're happy to look into it for you.
What is your returns policy?
Yes, we're happy to accept returns on most stock items within 28 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and accompanied by a valid receipt. However, we are unable to accept returns on perishable items such as cement and plaster. Returns on special order items and bulky items are considered on an individual basis and may be subject to a return fee. Please contact us for further information.
How long does it take for delivery?
We aim to deliver your order within 48 working hours if you're within 10 miles of Biggleswade. We can often manage next-day delivery for orders placed early enough. We'll contact you to schedule a convenient time. For your convenience, we can leave your delivery, even if you're not home (at the cardholder's address). Please keep in mind that larger items, like bulk bags of aggregate, will be delivered to the kerbside.
Why do you close for lunch?
We close briefly for lunch between 12 pm and 12:30 pm so our team can take a short break and recharge. This helps us stay focused and energised, ensuring we can provide you with the best possible service throughout the rest of the day.
