Contract Off Set flooring tongue and groove joints are slightly offset, making for a tighter fit and a more stable floor. Contract grade has a higher occurrence of knots, some of which may be large , black or loose. Not suitable for joinery applications or as a final floor covering. Sizes quoted are finished size after planing.
