The tubular mortice latch is a simple, non-locking mechanism for internal doors. Its tubular design requires minimal cutting into the door, making installation easier. It is ideal for interior rooms where doors are required for privacy but not security is needed. The latch bolt is withdrawn by spring lever handle from either side, but they are not suitable for unsprung lever handles. Brass finish.
